More and more businesses are being asked to do more for less. Many organisations are reducing staff numbers, whilst expecting the remaining staff to provide the same or a better level of service. A new way of thinking and working is needed.

Mindfulness is gaining popularity in Leadership development and executive coaching. This may be due in part to the large volume of research and neuroscience findings that support its use.

Many leading forward thinking public & private sector organisations such as Transport for London, Google, Toyota & Starbucks are already using mindfulness to help them meet the demands of the 21st century workplace. Mindfulness can help individuals learn to manage their own minds, which can improve workplace resilience, focus and concentration, leading to improved performance and productivity.

The mindfulness at work conference we organised (10/2/12) generated a great deal of interest both in the UK and internationally.  A large number of people who wanted to attend were unable to attend for a variety of reasons.

To meet this demand, we have arranged a series of web based seminars starting on the 6/9/12.

A maximum of 100 tickets are available.

The seminars will include the key areas covered by the conference, delivered by a selected number of the conference  speakers, with time for a question and answer session at the end.  An option to access recordings of the sessions will be available afterwards for participants to listen to again at their leisure.

Each seminar session will start at 7.30 pm UK time, and be around 75 minutes in duration spaced over a 7 week period. CPD certificates will be available for those who participate in all the seminars.

Tickets range from £35 - £65 to participate in the whole series.
